The vision, concepts, strategies, and services contained within these pages were formulated from of the collective struggles of the founding members of proform Realty.

Before proform was created, we were investors and property owners like you. We struggled to find competent, reliable management representation for our properties. We were disheartened by the lack of verifiable truth, care, and follow-through concerning our investments. We were tired of paying for services we didn’t need, didn’t want, or simply didn’t receive.

We knew we could do it better. So we did.

We are proud to set the Property Management trail ablaze with the introduction of our Modular Property Management© and PROFORMA LAB© concepts. However, we are mostly honored to share our enthusiasm and determination with you, our fellow investors and property owners.
