Progeny Systems is a business area of General Dynamics Mission Systems. Progeny Systems capabilities include specialized software and hardware solutions for acoustics, cybersecurity, weapon launch and control systems, surveillance, and complex multi-tiered architectures for the Department of Defense (DOD) and other organizations. Our goal is to support our warfighters every day. We aim to improve their efficacy, safety and defensive strategies. Our main area of support has been the U.S. Navy, but we work with all branches of the military, government and civilian services. Submarine modernization is one of our core competencies. We have designed, built and provided complete lifecycle support to mission-critical systems across the submarine force.
