I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who learned that it’s absolutely possible to live in a fast-paced environment and still maintain a healthy lifestyle. My career began in the hospitality field. Although although I loved planning events, I experienced first-hand the adverse effects of a demanding and stressful job. I realized the importance of making the time to plan ahead and take care of my own health so that I could my best self for others. Over time, I became interested in learning more about positive strategies to deal with the stresses of high-pressure jobs. I am passionate about helping my clients make gradual changes towards a happier, healthier, and more harmonized life. As clients learn the importance of making the time for self-care, they are less stressed, feel more energized, lose weight, sleep better and feel a greater sense of self-confidence. They learn that you don’t have to sacrifice your health for your career when you take small steps towards a progressive trans4mation!
