Promise Hotels is a privately owned hotel development and hospitality management company. We provide management services and investment opportunities in the mid-scale market.

Promise Hotels is a community minded hotel management company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma that staffs over 250 associates in the area. Through these associates and team members we are the leaders in the hospitality industry in areas of acquisitions, development and rebranding. We are proud of not only developing and creating new hotels, but being able to be “turnaround specialists” for distressed properties. We take pride in our ability identify, acquire, grow, and protect assets.
Currently, we own 10 and operate 9 hotel properties in the Tulsa area market providing over 725 rooms. We hold franchise licenses with top franchise companies including Choice Hotels International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Wyndham Worldwide. Our brands include Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt Hotels, Clarion Hotels, Comfort Suites, Comfort Inn, and Quality Suites with licenses to develop future hotels with several top brands.
