Promsvyazbank (PSB) is a privately owned Russian universal commercial bank headquartered in Moscow, offering a broad range of services to corporate and individual clients. Founded in 1995, it operates through a nationwide branch network and maintains an international footprint with a Cyprus branch and representative offices in China, India, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. The bank provides access to a large network of ATMs and online banking, supporting convenient, diversified services. Historically, Interfax ranked PSB ninth by assets, eighth by customer deposits, fifth by SME lending, and first in international factoring as of January 2013. Its ownership is concentrated, with the Ananiev brothers holding about 88% and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development owning roughly 12%—the largest EBRD equity investment in a Russian bank to date—and Commerzbank previously held a minority stake from 2006 to 2012. A notable recent development is the 2017 launch of Workplace by Facebook during the BBG Convention.
