Acquisition Opportunity ProScience Analytical Services was acquired by Pace Analytical Services in October 2021, indicating potential cross sell and integration opportunities for environmental testing capabilities, on-site and regulatory services within a broader network.

Capable Niche Lab Specialized metals analysis, optical asbestos analysis, and electron microscopy asbestos analysis position the company to offer targeted analytical services to clients with asbestos, metals, and contaminant assessment needs, including legacy sites and manufacturing facilities.

Growth Potential With modest employee size but revenue in the low millions, there is room to scale through expanded project pipelines, broader service offerings, and referrals within Pace Analytical’s customer base.

Tech & Platform Fit Current tech stack and digital presence suggest readiness for data reporting enhancements, digital project portals, and online compliance documentation to streamline client engagement and repeat business.

Strategic Selling Angles Target markets include environmental services, regulatory testing, and specialty-contaminant analysis for Northeastern U.S. clients; align outreach with Pace’s mobile and emergency onsite capabilities for rapid response opportunities.
