PULS 4 wird seit 2008 national verbreitet und ist aktuell der größte österreichische Privatsender. Im April 2019 erwarb ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 die ATV Gruppe, die die beiden Österreich-Sender ATV und ATV 2 betreibt. Am 1. September 2019 launchte die Sendergruppe mit dem 24/7 Newssender PULS 24 den vierten Free-TV Sender. Neben den vier österreichischen Privat-TV-Sendern zählen auch die Programm- und Werbefenster ProSieben Austria, SAT.1 Österreich, kabel eins austria, sixx Austria, ProSieben Maxx Austria, SAT.1 GOLD Österreich und kabel eins doku austria zur Senderfamilie, für die die Österreich-Sender lokale Inhalte, wie u.a. tägliche Nachrichten, produzieren.

Neben der TV-Content-Produktion und Vermarktung ist ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 auch einer der größten österreichischen Bewegtbildvermarkter und Betreiber zahlreicher eigener digitaler Plattformen und Apps. 2017 startete die Mediengruppe ihren kostenfreien Streamingdienst „ZAPPN.tv“ als App und Webversion. Neben aller gruppeninternen Sender können auf dieser Plattform auch weitere österreichische TV Programme live gestreamt werden. Im April 2020 folgte die Audio-Plattform FYEO (For Your Ears Only) sowie die Podcast Factory, das Vermarktungsnetzwerk für Podcasts. Quipp, die größte österreichische Live-Quiz-App, wurde im Juli 2020 einem großen Update unterzogen, seitdem können ‘Quipper’ bei bis zu 30 Shows in der Woche ihr Wissen und ihre Fingerfertigkeit beweisen.
