CUSTOM CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS ASSEMBLY Our Capabilities include: -Fully Automated wire cutting & stripping equipment. -Wire and sleeve marking equipment. -A wide range of automatic crimping presses and applicators to terminate a wide variety of terminals and connectors. -Overmolding capabilities -Our operators have been trained to have a working knowledge of wire types ranging from single conductor standard wire, multi-conductor stranded wire, multi-conductor shielded wire, to co-axial cable, all in a multitude of gauges. -Product identification options include hot stamping equipment (for wire insulation such as PVC, vinyl and other materials) and computer generated wrap around labels. -Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Sub System Control Panel Assembly
