We are a full-service hospitality development and management company that, over the course of its evolution, has owned and managed up to 35 properties and created a collection of award-winning independent hotels. The current portfolio consists of 14 properties and growing, totaling more than 2,200 rooms.  

Each property in the Provenance collection of urban lifestyle hotels boasts distinct and deeply integrated art stories and programs, like our Artist in Residence, and unique, welcoming amenities. We partner with visionaries, boundary pushers, and tastemakers to create hotels and experiences that inspire and delight.

- The Bradley in Fort Wayne, Ind. 

Provenance also co-owns the Benson Hotel in Portland and the Paramount Hotel in Seattle.
