Prozess Technologie (also known as Prozess Partners) was a St. Louis, Missouri–based industrial manufacturer of in-line process analytical spectrometers. Founded with a vision to transform real-time process analytics in regulated manufacturing, the company strategically concluded operations in 2025 after building and scaling innovative hardware and software solutions from concept to commercial deployment.

Prozess engineered closed-loop, in-line spectroscopy systems that enabled continuous, real-time measurement directly on production lines, overcoming the limitations of traditional off-line sampling. All systems were fully compliant with U.S. FDA 21 CFR Part 11, the Process Analytical Technology (PAT) initiative, cGMP, and U.S. and European Pharmacopeia standards, and were proudly manufactured in the USA.

Throughout its journey, the company’s team combined deep expertise in process engineering, analytical instrumentation, chemometrics, and regulated manufacturing. The technical team drove successful deployments across Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences, as well as Food & Beverage, Agriculture, and Petrochemical industries, helping customers improve product quality, increase yield, and reduce waste.

Prozess’s product portfolio integrated purpose-built hardware including Near-Infrared (NIR), UV-Visible, and Light-Induced Fluorescence spectrometers with sophisticated software such as NovaPAC for instrument control and NovaMath for chemometrics-driven statistical modeling.

While Prozess Technologie has concluded operations, their team’s experience in creating and scaling innovative, compliant technologies continues to fuel new ventures, advisory opportunities, and entrepreneurial initiatives in process analytics and advanced manufacturing.
