Prudent Man Investment Management, Inc. is a fee-only, SEC registered independent investment advisory firm located in downtown Denver, Colorado.  Founded in 1988, we provide investment and portfolio management services based upon modern portfolio theory and our belief in market efficiency. Since our inception, we have provided our clients with an investment philosophy that uses the most recent research from the financial academic community.  We approach and manage each client portfolio with the care and diligence we use in managing our own portfolios.

Our mission is to deliver a positive investment experience and provide each investor with the greatest opportunity to achieve his or her desired results. Our investment philosophy is based on the belief in global market diversification and true asset allocation through the use of low-fee instiutional passively managed mutual funds.  We use these funds to develop portfolios tailored to our clients' financial goals, and consistent with our mission to provide the best investment experience at the lowest cost-focusing on after tax returns.
