We aim to offer the flight training industry cost effective specialist training services, enhancing the total primary flight training value being offered in South Africa, and bridging the gap between traditional flight training output and industry requirements.

PTC is the culmination of three individuals who have been involved in flight training almost all their working lives. Between them they have a unique set of skills and vast experience that gives this highly specialised business an unmatched credibility.
 
Wayne Westoby and Keith Paterson are South African Airline Training Captains, with extensive experience in training on both Airbus and Boeing products. In addition Attie Niemann is a well know aviation businessman and pilot.
 
These aviation training experts have individually founded successful ATOs and other Aviation business entities in the past. Whilst Keith and Wayne are accredited SA-CAA Designated Flight Examiners, they have recently been pioneering innovative training and operational methodologies bridging the gap between primary flight training and modern airliner flight deck functionality.
 
Attie after spearheading well known successful Aviation businesses is currently involved in the training management and development of the business.
 
E-learning and Learner Management Systems will form an integral part of this venture and ground-breaking technological advancement in education IT platforms are being implemented at PTC Aviation.
