Public Strategies, Inc. was founded in 1988 and is based in Austin, Texas with additional offices in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, Texas; London, the United Kingdom; Mexico City, Mexico; New York, New York; Orlando, Florida; and Washington, District Of Columbia. As of August 1, 2006, Public Strategies, Inc. is a subsidiary of WPP Group plc. As of 2011, Public Strategies, Inc. merged with Hill & Knowlton to become what is now Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
