Since foundation, Pudince has released countless software applications and has grown to offer hundreds of services to the public. Pudince was a registered partner of Microsoft Corporation from 2011 until 2018 and released software for Windows and Windows Phone platforms on a regular basis.

Pudince acquired Ninko Corporation on May 13, 2014 - labelling it as the Hardware division of the company, before acquiring ZAC Limited, becoming the devices and services division.

In 2018, founder and CEO Ryan Walpole left the company after 10 years (9 of which the company was operating) and sold 51% of the company to Microsoft Corporation.

Currently the company is owned by Microsoft Corporation (51%) and Ryan Walpole Enterprises (49%).
