We observe all federal, state and local requirements regarding employment practices. We save you time and money by covering: federal taxes, interviewing expenses, recruiting expenses, social security taxes, unemployment taxes, and workers' compensation taxes. Each employee who works for us is: personally interviewed, evaluated, reference-checked and depending on the skill, candidates are then evaluated for manual dexterity, clerical, and math skills. Our system evaluates, trains and cross-trains employees. Employees are trained to master various fields. We then match the most qualified person with the order to meet your specific job requirements. If the assigned employee does not meet your expectations, we will send an immediate replacement. If we are notified within 24 hours of your dissatisfaction, we will either replace the employee or there will be no charge for the employee.
