How We Got Started
Founder and CEO, Elaina Love is a spiritually minded chef who is leading the way in the Raw Plant-Based industry. Her food is designed to help people make transformations in their lives by leaving behind the low-quality grains, meats and processed foods that no longer match a high-vibration lifestyle. Elaina's own spiritual awakening and transformation started 20 years ago when she began eating a raw, plant-based diet. She has endured and thrived through the unexpected the death of her 14-year-old son, Dominic, and continues to share the message of Pure Joy through her blog, recipes, online school, and cafe.
Together, Elaina and Katelyn are the proprietors of Pure Joy Planet - an innovative plant-based culinary arts and nutrition school. The academy offers hands-on and online training to teach students how to prepare the most exceptional meals while nourishing and healing their bodies.
