PuroGen Laboratories, LLC was founded out of 22 years in biologic and instrument sterilization, PuroGen® is the result of those years of sterilizing human allografts for transplantation and seeing a need for a better way.

Our core group of developers and engineers have been developing this technology since 2009 perfecting a new and validated process which is both gentle yet efficacious enough to preserve the osteoinductive/osteoconductive properties of biologics providing a terminally sterile {SAL 10-6} safe process.

The time spent perfecting this sterilization process provided the genesis of PuroGen Laboratories, LLC.  In 2014 the Company completed five years of R&D work and validated the process sufficiently demonstrating a novel sterilization approach to decontaminating and sterilizing human allograft/biological tissue, cell based biologics and cannabis/botanics . Instrument sterilization was a natural second step including industrial sterilization systems for pharmaceutical, industrial clean rooms, lyophilizers, hoods/biosafety cabinets and many other applications where vapor and mist sterilization is desired. In addition to cannabis sterilization the Company also provides Super Critical CO2 liquid extraction equipment. 

Supported by years of research and development of decontamination/sterilization technologies, the PuroGen® team continues to identify innovative solutions to fulfilling these needs.
