Each of our layout engineers have over 20 years of design experience in a wide array of applications including telecommunications, military/defense, industrial process controls, RF transmission, medical devices, personal electronics, high end video, security systems, energy, network hardware, oil/gas, and mobile communications. We have the latest revision of all of the major software packages: Cadence (Allegro, OrCAD, SPECCTRA); Mentor Graphics (Boardstation, PADS-Power PCB, Expedition, Design Architect); Altium (Designer); ADIVA (Design validation tool, Pro-Circuit Builder). QCG offers SMT assembly with the latest technology to deal with the newest packages. We are able to place 01005 caps and sub .2mm pitch parts. Our inline dip fluxer provides the capability to place ultra-fine BGA's and POP (package on package). Quality is built into the line, from our 2&1/2D inspection camera on our screen printer, to our in-line Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), to 2D Xray and 3D x-ray for use on boards with BGA's and QFNs.
