Quad-Lock Building Systems is a manufacturer of insulating concrete forms, also known as ICF's. Our system is a stay-in-place concrete form made of EPS foam that is used in both residential and commercial construction, above and below grade.

Quad-Lock's ICF system combines multiple construction steps into one assembly, making it faster and less expensive than conventional construction methods. No more stripping forms, wood framing, batt insulation, moisture barriers, air barriers, taping, etc. When you build with Quad-Lock, you're ready for drywall on the inside and exterior finishes on the outside as soon as you're done pouring.
