In addition to our primary metal fabrication production capabilities, Qualitas Industries combines the latest CNC machining equipment and lathes turning with automation to deliver high-quality parts. 

Our typical tolerance accuracy ranges from 0.005″ – 0.001″, depending on customer specs. We provide added value to many of our customers using our wide array of computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM).

Qualitas Industries' capabilities do not end with the metal fabrication process. We also employ a number of finishing techniques in-house to suit nearly every need. Once fabricated, your metal parts can complete their transformation through sandblasting, painting, etching, and/or assembly.

In business since 1997, Qualitas Industries has become a well-known producer of custom precision sheet metal and machined products. We specialize in aerospace precision products.

Our 18,00 sq.ft. facility is home to prototype manufacturing equipment and special equipment for the design and fabrication of a wide range of products. We feature complete “in-house” facilities for advanced metalworking techniques to form, shape, weld, and finish a multitude of materials into an infinite number of possibilities sure to satisfy your needs.
