Our parent company, Quálitas Compañía de Seguros, S.A.B. de C.V., is a specialized company in auto insurance, with geographical coverage throughout Mexico's national territory, funded in December of 1993 by Mexican investors.

In March of 2014, Quálitas announced the acquisition of an insurance company in the United States through its subsidiary of recent creation Qualitas Financial Services, Inc., the name given to this company is Qualitas Insurance Company, and its main purpose is to satisfy the needs of liability coverage for actual and potential clients in both commercial and personal auto lines.

Qualitas Insurance Company as a 100% subsidiary of Quálitas Mexico adopts the same mission, vision, and values following the example of success that its mother company has achieved over the past years.
