Quantrax Corporation, Inc., based in Bethesda, Maryland, operates in software development with a focus on debt collection technology through its RMEx platform. The platform is designed to help debt collection agencies streamline operations, reduce labor costs, and automate tasks, while enabling more targeted outreach and adaptive communication strategies. It includes built-in compliance safeguards and can integrate with existing systems, allowing agencies to adapt workflows without programming. As a privately held company with a relatively small to mid-sized team, Quantrax concentrates on advancing debt collection technology and supporting clients through transitions to RMEx and beyond.

Its primary customers are debt collection agencies and related operations seeking to improve recovery efficiency and profitability through automation and better communications, all while maintaining compliance. The company positions RMEx as a focused solution that avoids vendor lock-in by working with current payment processors and other systems, and that supports ongoing updates and feature expansion. In January 2026, Quantrax renewed its strategic partnership with Provana to expand integration between RMEx and Provana's Sonnet platform for credit reporting and dispute management.
