Working in complete transparency with the client billing department; and when necessary, the patient, payer(s) and employer, QUBE experts move claims thru the process to closure by providing the following services: electronic billing/rebilling, training, claims verification, retrospective authorizations, coding review for accuracy, denial management, recovery follow-up, account adjudication, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) lien filing and settlement hearing representation in accordance with Senate Bill 863 (SB863).  QUBE also provides parallel services for Federal Workers Compensation billing and follow-up procedures in accordance with the US Department of Labor billing guidelines.
QUBE provides expertise in Third Party Liability (TPL) billing with the goal of maximizing reimbursement for medical services related to Personal Injury Cases by identifying and coordinating the responsibilities of all liable parties. QUBE TPL experts provide HIPAA compliant services that include: initial case review, attorney-hospital lien services, coordination of benefits, timely and effective follow up with all involved parties, and settlement negotiations at the discretion of our client.
