Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People (QEF) operated as a family of charitable entities based in Leatherhead, Surrey, delivering rehabilitation, mobility, equipment provision, and supported living services for people with disabilities. The QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre offered multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation for individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, while QEF Mobility Services aimed to increase independence through driving programs and accessible travel options. MERU designed and manufactured bespoke equipment for children and young people with disabilities, and The Grange in Kent supported adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. QEF worked with NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups across the South East, including 2021 collaborations and a 2022 partnership with British Airways. The foundation ceased operations and closed on 15 December 2025.
