In 2012, Susan Cain wrote a landmark book called “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking.” The book found an enormous global audience—it's been translated into 35 languages—and became the fourth most sold book in the world during 2013. Susan's subsequent TED Talk also went viral and now has over 31 million views, making it one of the most-watched TED Talks of all time. Quiet Revolution was launched soon after, with a mission of unlocking the power of introverts for the benefit of us all.

How does Quiet Revolution make this mission a reality in the workplace? Our proprietary, research-based learning experiences help companies build inclusive cultures that encourage both introverts and extroverts to be their authentic selves and leverage their respective natural strengths to improve personal and company performance.
