Our most famous project is Wembley Park, covering approximately 85 acres of land around the UK’s National Stadium in North West London, with outline consent in place for a total of 8,400 homes.

Wembley Park is set to become the largest build to rent development site in the UK with 6,044 BtR homes around the National Stadium all under single management by the Quintain Living team.

The Quintain Ireland team launched in 2019 with a focus on the development of residential and commercial property in the Greater Dublin area. With the existing Irish portfolio, Quintain Ireland is now the third largest residential led mixed-use developer in Ireland, with 460 acres of prime development land.
