Since 1990, R-C Healthcare Management has helped hospitals and hospital associations maximize and maintain their Medicare Part A reimbursement  through review of the Medicare wage index.  As we are the first firm to offer wage index consulting services to the hospital community, R-C Healthcare has developed an expertise that is second to none.  Over the years, we have worked with more than half the hospitals in the country, spanning 34 states, assuring their wage index data is accurate, optimized and compliant.  We also have assisted hospitals in preparing Worksheet S-3, Parts II, III and IV, review occupational mix survey data for clients, and consult on reclassification.  Our integrity and efficiency have allowed us to establish excellent working relationships with CMS and fiscal intermediaries throughout the nation.  

R-C Healthcare also works with hospital clients to not only increase their recovery of traditional Medicare bad debt, but to obtain Medicare Advantage bad debt as well.  As Advantage programs grow in popularity, so does the associated bad debt.  R-C Healthcare helps hospital clients regain this lost revenue.
