R.K. Allen Oil Co. started out as a Texaco branded jobber in 1965 in Talladega, AL with Ken Allen Sr. serving as both owner and sole employee.  The primary focus of the business in the 1960’s and 70’s were service station and farm deliveries along with distribution of packaged lubricants.  In the 1980’s AOC Food Marts was formed adding ownership and operation of convenience stores to the business.  The wholesale division expanded with bulk oil distribution and the company hired its first salesperson.  With the 1990’s came the addition of Xpress Lubes and a Burger King franchise located in one of the convenience stores. In the 2000’s the wholesale division added filtration and dehydration of lubricants and R.K. Allen Transportation LLC was formed housing our rolling stock.

With warehouses conveniently located in central Alabama and the panhandle of Florida, RK Allen Oil Co. Inc. is the premier distributor of motor fuels and lubricants for the states of Alabama, Georgia, and the panhandle of Florida & Mississippi.  We strive to maintain customer satisfaction with outstanding service and professionalism.
