R-W Purchasing Partners (formerly Bray Whaler) is a global hospitality FF&E and OS&E procurement specialist. We purchase furniture, fixtures and operating supplies for hotels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, multi-unit residential and senior living facilities.  

For more than 37 years, we’ve reached around the world to source and purchase over $6.5 billion in goods from domestic and international suppliers at vendor-direct pricing.  Our portfolio includes world class resorts, large convention center hotels, boutique and lifestyle properties and experience with full and select service hotels for all major hotel brands.  

Our process reduces risk for real estate owners by ensuring their furnishings, fixtures, operating supplies and equipment will arrive on schedule and on budget with the best possible pricing and terms. Project accounting tracks each item and every dollar from production to installation. 

Regardless of project size, we provide daily hands-on involvement by the company's principals and experienced project management teams. The owner of the company is Kim Raeder. Elisa Whaler, a founding principal, serves as the company's President.  In 2010, we opened an office in Dallas, Texas led by principal and Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Fisk.  R-W Purchasing Partners is a fully-certified WMBE (Woman Owned Business) and has been since its inception.
