Rail Transit Consultants, Inc. (RTC) was incorporated in January of 1986 as a corporation of the state of Pennsylvania. In 2006 a majority interest in RTC was acquired by Kinkisharyo (USA) Inc. The goals of the firm are to provide high quality engineering services to the rail transit industry. We are located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania metropolitan area, with local access to several major transit equipment suppliers.
