For more than fifty one years Raleigh Insurance has provided coverage for the citizens and businesses of the Little River / Windom communities. Raleigh Insurance is a family business! This third generation firm was established in 1965 by Leo Raleigh, the father of Terri Bornholdt and Mike Raleigh.

Terri joined the agency in 1987, assisting Leo with bookkeeping and the crop insurance division. Later Mike entered the business, working with Leo until his retirement...eventually becoming the sole owner of the firm in 1995.

In 1997 Mike and Terri partnered in purchasing Inman Insurance as a compliment to Sunflower Service Center LLC. Sunflower sells and services crop insurance to clients across the state of Kansas and also acts as a servicing center for many affiliated agencies in Kansas and Oklahoma.

With Mike's death, Terri took the reins of both Inman Insurance and Raleigh Insurance... and in 2007 the two entities were consolidated under the Raleigh Insurance Banner. This consolidation brings better service to the region by reducing duplicated processes. Raleigh Insurance is an independent agency and thus are able to provide competitive prices on homeowner and auto insurance.

Now, another generation has entered the business, Lucas Raleigh, the oldest son of Mike and Susan Raleigh, is a licensed agent. Luke's offices are in Little River and he is the primary contact in that area.
