Where disputes arise, the Firm’s attorneys aggressively pursue their clients’ legal remedies through litigation. All of the Firm’s attorneys are experienced litigators, with admissions to practice in all State and Superior Courts located in Georgia as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
