RAM Sports Group, LLC was founded by Melvin Brown Jr. with the goal to help At-Risk students enhance their aspirations of going to college through scholarships.

As a corporation RAM has grown to provide consultation, assist, and promote member organizations participation in the growth and development of activities for at-risk youth in a four state area (Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana).  RAM Sports Group has provided direct consultation services to The Central Texas Players Golf Association (CTPGA)), the First Tee of Killeen, as well as the Southwestern Regional Golf Association (SWRGA) headquartered in the state of Oklahoma. 

RAM Sports Group, LLC is on the move and has projected the build of a public golf, track and field sports facility in Killeen, Texas; completion date 2015.  It acquired The Tee Box Golf Center in Nolanville, Texas to build this sports complex that will serve The First Tee of Killeen and other youth sports programs in golf, track & field, and other sports.  The complex will include a 9 hole-PAR 3 golf course, driving range, practice greens, sports fields, and a gym with indoor Olympic size swimming pool, learning center and gift shop.  The complex will allow us to provide much needed after school programs for our community.
