Ranch Hand’s co-founders, Quentin Cantu and Brian Murphy, met as students at UT MBA school and shared a passion for nutritious eating and healthy lifestyles. They, like many students, were fed up with the fast food on UT's campus so raised funds from professors and pitch competitions to open a healthy food truck in the heart of campus.
