Founded in 1987, RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is an independently-owned New York City firm that evaluates building systems and designs, specifies, and administers programs for repair, upgrade, restoration, adaptive reuse, and new construction for residential, commercial, retail, and institutional properties.
