Randall Residence operates as a management company overseeing senior-living facilities in the Great Lakes region. It relies on hands-on leadership and active community involvement to guide operations, with an emphasis on resident satisfaction, staff welfare, and prudent financial management. Based in Lawton, Michigan, the organization seeks to create environments it would be comfortable entrusting to its own family members.

Its stakeholders include residents, family members, staff, and investors, all of whom are affected by its operations. The approach centers on understanding the needs of older adults and delivering individualized, professional care with a personal touch, offering families reassurance about their loved ones' well-being. A recent development includes a 2024 partnership with The Party Shop to supply balloon bouquets for resident celebrations.
