Our clients range from large multinational aerospace & defense corporations, foundries & lumber mills, to electronics manufacturing and food processing. The lean practices and principles we provide, implement and teach can be applied across any industry, organization or department. We have almost 56 years of experience in removing waste from manufacturing floors, corporate offices, warehouses and from existing processes and systems. RCG has been guiding clients through transformations and growth with management consulting, mentoring and customized training for more than 17 years. Our teams develop custom training and project implementation models for each client to guarantee a high level of measurable success. We use team-based approaches to create lean cultural change from within an organization while creating sustainable improvements in the office and on the production floor. We work collaboratively with clients on assessments, value stream mapping, kaizen's, strategic planning, policy deployment, new product development and supply chain analysis.
