RCL Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1999 by owner and operator Bob LaRoy. Today RCL is a family owned, fully licensed and insured company with combined construction and development experience of over 60 years. Our background includes all phases of residential and commercial construction. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority.

RCL expanded into the solar industry in 2003 when the opportunity for renewable energy was generous with state rebates, federal tax credits and escalating customer demand for energy alternatives. Although the state rebates have dimished, RCL now offers unique leasing options. RCL's project manager is there from the first home visit to the commissioning of your solar project. We work with New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and your utility company to guarantee complete satisfaction.
