Since 1974 R&D Molders, Inc. has been providing high quality Injection Molding and Blow Molding solutions with a focus on value added processes to improve the supply chain and value to our customers. We specialize in Custom Blow Molding and Injection Molding projects where we can bring significant value to our customers.  Many of the projects we work on include both blow molding and injection molding as well as extensive value added services such as Assembly, Sonic Welding, Hot Stamping, Heat Staking, Insert Molding, Over Molding, Machining, Packaging, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.  

In addition to the Molding operations and Value Added operations, R&D also offers a complete in house Tool Room where we build both injection molds and blow molds in house as well as custom fixtures, jigs, and quality control gages/tools.  We can help bring you product to market with our extensive experience from both the molding and materials aspect as well as from a tooling standpoint.  This includes prototype parts, prototype molds, production tooling, and complete Validation packages including IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, Cpk studies, and SPC data.
