The REAch2 Academy Trust is a charitable organization overseeing a network of primary schools in England. Founded in 2012, it is the largest primary-only academy trust in the country, with around 60 primary academies in its portfolio. Based in Burton Upon Trent, in the Henhurst Ridge area, it operates within the primary education sector. Its core approach combines high-quality teaching with a defined set of shared values—learning, leadership, enjoyment, inclusion, inspiration, responsibility, and integrity—that anchor its work. The trust positions itself as a nationwide provider of primary education, focusing on teaching experiences and leadership development across its schools. In June 2026, it was nationally recognised at the MAT Excellence Awards, receiving highly commended honours in Transformation and Impact and in Staff Development (13+ Schools).
