We started Managing Real Estate for private investors back in 1976, doing business as Century 21, Golden Valley. Alice Wilcox got her first account then and by the end of the year had six.

Alice grew and opened her own office, "Wilcox Realty" in 1990 with sixty accounts.

Access Mortgage Loans was started in 1999 to service the unique needs of our clients

Alice & staff decided on a new name and "Real Estate Depot" was born in 2002, with a move to the current location.

The beginning of 2005, Alice's children, Jim Lamb & Kay French took over the operation so that Alice could take a much needed rest. She's still with us, guiding us and giving us invaluable input into our day to day operations.

In January of 2007 Jim purchased the office out right.

We're now managing more then 235 properties for over 125 owners with a staff of five.
