The RIM staff is dedicated to helping churches, schools and individuals get onto the mission field. We do the logistics, you live the passion.

Having over 27 years experience and leadership having travelled to over 55 countries, we provide logistical operations for standard or custom trips for youth pastors, college leaders, teachers, doctors and pastors with trips lasting anywhere from 8 days to two months.

We found that many churches and ministries have a heart to go on missions but lack the time, information and energy to plan their own trips. That's where we come in. RIM staff will be with you every step of the way. We provide standard or customized applications and information packets, fundraising and bookkeeping assistance, pre-trip training at your facilities, project set-up, full scheduling and logistic coordination along with RIM leadership that will direct the project in country.
