RealFit4Sport - caters to amateur and competing athletes in any sport.  Programs are offered on site as well as various independent locations.  Focus is on motor skill development, agility, coordination and speed.

RealFit4Health - Nutritionists, Massage Therapist, Children's Obesity Specialist and Parent Coach professionals are available by appointment only.

AK Martial Arts and Fitness - offers premier martial arts training to individuals, families and corporations.  Includes Self-Defense training offered at corporation sites with Play It Safe.  Training in martial arts for ages 2.5 and Up.  Demonstrated and specialized coaching for international and national competitions.
