Realogic Solutions is a dynamic investment company with a collection of boutique businesses focused on applied AI implementations, systems integration, software engineering consultancy, quality assurance and testing, and digital pathway deployment services. Founded by former senior SI executives, Realogic Solutions was re-launched from a legacy consultancy to tackle niche projects overlooked by larger firms. We handle specialized projects outside the core focus of major SIs and consulting firms. Projects are characterized by complexity and specific needs, leveraging our extensive experience.

We are strategically positioned with a U.S.-based software engineering boutique, a delivery center in Cyprus staffed by highly skilled software engineers, and a comprehensive integrated nearshore software development capability (including a digital mar-tech studio) in Colombia. This enables us to maintain high standards and align closely with our clients’ needs. We favor nearshore delivery because of its time zone alignment, cultural compatibility, and the quality of output. Agile and DevOps methodologies are better executed within this framework, allowing for closer client collaboration and faster turnaround.

We also provide a staffing unit for specialized, hard-to-find skillsets. We offer flexible, hybrid delivery models that combine supplier-led projects with specialized team members. This approach is highly effective in competitive situations, assembling teams faster and at a lower cost than competitors with traditional resident bench models.
