RG was founded in 2009 by Long Doan as an REO listing company. RG re-launched in 2014 as a full service independent brokerage. We had a unique idea of forming a brokerage that flipped the traditional model. Instead of agents working for us, we are working for them. The concept of treating each agent as a CEO of their own business, has given us the opportunity to partner with our agents to help them grow.
