REBOUND is an independant, private non-profit organization funded by the rank and file membership of a consortium of building and construction trade unions.  Our primary mission is to promote compliance with state and federal prevailing wage laws in Washington and Oregon.  We do this by conducting public outreach programs, working closely with government agencies to ensure appropriate enforcement, through the conduct of independent investigations into alleged prevailing wage violations, by supporting private actions when necessary, and by working to pass legislation that protects workers and betters working conditions for all.
