Recaredo is a family-owned beverage producer based in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalonia, Spain. They practice biodynamic and organic winegrowing on their own vineyards, producing Millésime Brut Nature long-aged sparkling wines from indigenous varieties, notably Xarel·lo, with the aim of capturing the CORPINNAT landscape in a bottle. The company follows audited commitments including 100% vintage Brut Nature wines from own vineyards since 2010, Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic farming since 2010, and 100% indigenous varieties since 2014. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in-house, and the wines are aged in dark cellars for a minimum of 30 months, with natural cork stoppers and hand disgorgement. In 2018, Recaredo was recognized as Catalonia's Best Winery 2017 by the Catalan Association of Sommeliers.
