If possible, we meet face to face with each hiring official.  We feel this approach provides the best opportunity for us to understand the skills and qualitative assets that each candidate should possess in order to succeed in your company.  After meeting with you, you should only need to review two or three candidates, thereby saving you hours of applicant screening.
