Recupel is a Belgian non-profit organization based in Zaventem, in the Flanders region. Founded in 2001 by Belgian producers and importers of electrical and electronic appliances, it collects used devices, directs those that are still usable to second-hand stores, and sends non-repairable items to local recycling centres to recover materials, funded by a per-appliance contribution.

As part of the non-profit sector focused on circular economy and waste management, Recupel collaborates with authorities and other organisations to increase e-waste collection and reduce landfill. Belgium’s per-capita collection of about 10 to 11 kilograms of discarded electrical and electronic equipment places the country among Europe’s leaders, reflecting Recupel's impact on the recycling sector and social employment. In January 2022, Recupel introduced a revised appliance list, updating the scope of items it coordinates.
