Founded by Barry Cranford in 2007, RecWorks was built as a direct response to the high-pressure, transactional recruitment culture that dominated the industry. From day one, the belief was simple: put people first, add genuine value, and the results will follow.

That philosophy shaped everything. As RecWorks grew, so did our commitment to community. We've built 15 groups to fill real gaps in the industry, across a spectrum of technologies and through organising regular industry events. 

We care deeply about delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.
